Please do not send us passport numbers, dates of birth, payment card details or other sensitive information through these forms. When a booking requires that information, we will ask for it through a secure channel.
2.2 Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider and our security plugin keep standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, and the date and time. These logs are used to operate the site, to detect attacks and spam, and to diagnose errors.
We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or cross-site tracking on this website.
3. How we use your information
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote or proposal.
- To arrange the service you requested. For charter flights, this means sourcing aircraft from certified direct air carriers on your behalf.
- To source aircraft parts, evaluate aircraft sales or provide trip support, as applicable.
- To keep in touch about your request and the resulting service.
- To protect the website against spam, fraud and abuse.
- To comply with legal, tax, insurance and aviation regulatory obligations.
We do not send marketing emails or newsletters from this website. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first and every message will include a way to unsubscribe.
4. When we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only as described here:
- Air carriers and operators. To quote or arrange a charter flight, we share the details needed to operate it (such as route, dates, number of passengers and the contact person) with the certified direct air carriers and their handling agents.
- Suppliers and vendors. For parts and sales requests, we share the technical details of your request with suppliers, distributors or maintenance organizations in order to locate what you need.
- Service providers that run this website. See the table below.
- Professional advisors and authorities. When required by law, by a regulator such as the U.S. Department of Transportation, or to protect our legal rights.
- Corporate transactions. If our business is reorganized, sold or merged, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
| Provider | Role | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| HostGator (website hosting) | Hosts the site and its email delivery | Everything you submit, plus server log data |
| Cloudflare (Turnstile) | Verifies that a human, not a bot, submitted the form | Your IP address and technical signals from your browser |
| Google Fonts | Serves the typefaces used on the site | Your IP address when the fonts load |
| jsDelivr (CDN) | Delivers the public airport directory used by the flight search | Your IP address when that list loads |
5. International transfers
Saires operates in the United States and Venezuela, and our service providers operate globally. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and may be accessed by our affiliate in Venezuela. Data protection laws in these countries may differ from those in your own. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the transfer mechanisms permitted by Article 46 or on the necessity of the transfer for the performance of your contract under Article 49(1)(b).
6. How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as needed to answer it and to maintain our commercial relationship, and for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. Where a flight, sale or parts transaction takes place, we keep the related records for as long as required by tax, insurance and aviation recordkeeping rules. Server and security logs are kept for a short period, typically no more than 12 months.
7. How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS, every form is verified on our server before any email is sent, and access to the mailbox that receives your enquiries is limited to the Saires staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Wherever you are, you may ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@sairesaviation.com and we will respond within the time allowed by the law that applies to you. We will never charge you or treat you differently for exercising these rights.
8.1 California residents
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond the purposes permitted by it. California residents may request to know what personal information we have collected, to have it deleted or corrected, and to receive it in a portable form. Under California's "Shine the Light" law, you may also ask us once a year about information shared with third parties for their own direct marketing. We do not share information for that purpose.
8.2 Do Not Track
Because we do not track visitors across third-party websites, we do not respond differently to Do Not Track signals sent by your browser.
8.3 Texas residents
We do not sell sensitive or biometric personal data. Texas residents may contact us at the address above to exercise the rights available to them under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act.
8.4 European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland
If you are located in these regions, our legal bases for processing are: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request (answering your enquiry and arranging the service), our legitimate interests (site security, spam prevention and keeping records of our business), your consent where we ask for it, and compliance with legal obligations. You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
This website uses only a small number of strictly necessary and functional technologies, and no advertising or analytics cookies. The details are in our Cookie Policy.
10. Children
This website is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
